SUPPORT COORDINATION

Achieve Happily Support Services assist individuals with disability struggles to obtain or recover successful and satisfying roles in their community. Achieve Happily Support Services staff members give hope to participants through guiding and assisting them in identifying a desired daily living goal of either work, education, socialization or choice of residence. Once a goal is identified, staff then help the participants gain the tools, supports and resources needed to be successful in achieving their dream. Designed to assist people in obtaining (or recovering) successful and satisfying roles in their community. Focused on goal setting; Assessing daily living goals, education goals, work goals, and social goals. Helping gain the tools needed to remain successful and satisfied with life.
